Hailing from West Texas, James Fite is a multi-award-winning filmmaker and founder of Check Your Brain Productions where he produces a range of projects from commercial and industrial work to music videos. He wrote and directed the award-winning narrative shorts CAPROCK, I SEE SOMETHING as well as the documentary short film, PROJECT MONE’T and the feature film CARNAGE RADIO. He wears many hats on set including producing, editing and scoring many of his own projects. You can also find him doing his own cinematography and VFX. At one point he worked in the video game industry as a story writer, level designer, 3D models builder, texture artist and composer. CARNAGE RADIO marked his feature film directorial debut.
